WINDBLOCKER RETURNS POLICY

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue you a full refund on the unit if returned items are in “new, unused, and undamaged” condition, and within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at returns@thewindblockernow.com to begin the process.

You must obtain a RMA # (Return Material Authorization #) from us prior to sending back any item(s ) or your item(s) will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund. The Returns Department will provide you with shipping instructions at the time the RMA # is issued.

NOTE: You are responsible for any shipping costs associated to return any item(s) back to us.

 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

NOTE: We highly recommend inspecting the shipping carton PRIOR to signing for the delivery.

Take photos of shipping carton and any damaged unit(s) within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos to returns@thewindblockernow.com. A customer service representative will review and respond with appropriate instructions.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Contact us at returns@thewindblockernow.com for help in determining whether the item is defective. If your item is determined to be defective, we will replace the item with the identical or similar item (if the identical item is no longer available).

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
